Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS.png

I’m pleased to share that I am now offering Internal Family Systems (IFS) sessions for online clients. These are available as 60-minute sessions.

For a limited period, I am offering a block of six one-hour weekly IFS sessions at a reduced rate for anyone who signs up before the end of January 2026 (subject to availability).

The philosophy of IFS has informed my therapeutic practice for many years, and I have recently completed a comprehensive IFS training for therapists with IFSCA.

In IFS terms, my facilitated shadow-work approach is a form of embodied direct-access IFS—a way of working that I have been practising for many years in my long-form 5-hour deep-dive sessions. These extended sessions will continue to be available as a powerful container for embodied, in-depth work.

I undertook the IFSCA training to refine and strengthen my skills so that I can work with the same relational depth and fluidity in shorter-format IFS sessions.

If you’re interested in booking a block of IFS sessions, please feel free to get in touch.
