This highly experiential 2-day introductory workshop offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your emotional life, to explore and engage with different parts of yourself through the lens of shadow work, explore the archetypes within you, and take meaningful steps toward reclaiming your wholeness.

Whether you're new to inner work or returning for deeper exploration, this immersive experience invites you to reconnect with your inner world in a meaningful and healing way in a small group setting.

Our relationship with our emotions - anger, fear, sadness, and joy - can be buried or impacted by early wounding and social conditioning and without full access to our emotions, we become disconnected from ourselves and disconnected from the deepest layers of our human potential. When we recover the ability to feel fully, we also regain access to the capacities that are our birthright: agency, authenticity, clarity, connection, deep feeling, compassion, care and purpose.

The archetypal map of the psyche is a modern framework rooted in Jungian psychology and it helps us to understand that our emotions are actually portals to our deepest capacities and that loosing connection with these emotions impacts our connection to these innate human capacities.

This framework helps us make sense of ourselves. It offers a clear and accessible way to start to understand the patterns within us, and how these patterns are shaped — and often obscured — by trauma, conditioning, and unprocessed emotion. And more importantly, it offers us a pathway to identify, reclaim, and reintegrate those lost or hidden capacities.

Over the course of this weekend, you will explore how the four central archetypes show up for you in your life:

  • The Heart-Centred Leader – rooted in love, vision, and deep presence

  • The Action Taker – associated with anger, boundary-setting, and healthy self-assertion

  • The Feeling Body – connected with grief, vulnerability, and embodiment

  • The Transformer – aligned with fear, change, and personal evolution

These archetypes exist within each of us. Through facilitated embodied process work in each of these areas, you’ll be supported in exploring your patterns and challenges, while also having the opportunity to take steps toward healing and reclaiming the healthy expression of these archetypal energies

What you can Expect

  • Archetypal Exploration: You’ll be introduced to the archetypal framework and begin to understand your patterns and inner dynamics though this lens.

  • Group Sharing, Journalling & Process Work: You’ll be guided through experiential practices designed to help you access, feel, and integrate what needs your attention and healing.

  • Embodied Shadow Work: You’ll explore and interact with different “parts” of yourself, exploring the emotional roots of current struggles, and building new inner relationships and resources to meet life with clarity and strength and beginning to bring compassion and clarity to the parts that have been hidden, silenced, or stuck in outdated ways of being.

  • Personalised Support: With two experienced facilitators and a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive individualised attention in a small group setting.

  • A gentle and deep space for healing: You’ll have the chance to explore, identify and work in an embodied way with historic or current life challenges, taking steps to resolve these issues and the hold they have over you.

Who This Is For

  • You're curious about shadow work and want a safe, guided introduction in a group setting

  • You've done some emotional or therapeutic work but sense there's something deeper to uncover

  • You struggle with repeating patterns in relationships, self-sabotage, or emotional disconnection

  • You want to step towards healing core wounds and moving more fully into your loving, confident, and powerful adult self

  • These workshops are open to beginners. They also attract those with extensive previous therapeutic experience, as well as people repeating the weekend for the second or third time.

Whether you're just beginning this journey or returning for deeper integration, this weekend is an invitation to reconnect with your emotional truth — and the archetypal energies that live within you.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Join us for two days of exploration, connection and deep experiential work where you’ll be supported to step towards reclaiming the full range of your emotional and archetypal self — not just to understand your patterns, but to begin to feel your way back to your wholeness.

Please email me at ali@inner-truth.co.uk with any questions or to register a place on the workshop.

“Feelings are our only pathway to our human potential. Feelings are in charge of our development. Emotions have work to do but we can’t learn from them unless we can feel them. We need to feel to adapt. We need to feel to be self regulated. Feelings will do the work of growing us up, we cannot grow up any other way”
