Group Shadow Work Workshops

Reclaiming Self
A 2-Day Shadow Work Workshop

- 23rd & 24th January 2027 | Dartington, Devon -

An immersive weekend offering a powerful opportunity to reclaim what is lost
and step into greater inner truth

"I really appreciate the time, care and commitment you both bring to this work. The emotional space was very intimate and yet I felt, and I think we all felt, that it was was a space in which we could each go to our own edges. We each did our own work in a way both individual and yet quietly held by the group process too: a very subtle holding creating an atmosphere so intentional, spacious and respectful of everyone involved.."

"I came away with a fresh perspective and impetus for life going forward.
I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone interested in shadow work."

This highly experiential, foundational two-day workshop offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your emotional life, exploring your inner world through facilitated shadow work in an intimate group setting.

Using an archetypal map of the psyche to support your navigation, you’ll explore your inner world and engage with different parts of yourself.

Through facilitated shadow work, you’ll begin taking meaningful steps toward reclaiming a greater sense of wholeness.

Whether you're new to inner work or returning for deeper exploration, this immersive experience invites you to reconnect with your inner world in a meaningful and healing way, in a small group setting with two facilitators and a maximum of seven participants.

Our relationship with our emotions - anger, fear, sadness, and joy - can be buried or impacted by early wounding and social conditioning. Without full access to our emotions we become disconnected from ourselves and disconnected from the deepest layers of our human potential.

When we recover the ability to feel fully, we also regain access to the capacities that are our birthright: agency, authenticity, clarity, connection, compassion, care and purpose.

The archetypal map of the psyche is a framework rooted in Jungian psychology which helps us to see that our emotions are actually portals to our deepest human capacities, and that loosing connection with these emotions and pushing parts of ourselves away into exile, impacts our ability to show up fully in our lives and relationships.

This framework helps us make sense of ourselves. It offers a clear and accessible way to start to understand the patterns within us, and how these patterns are shaped - and often obscured - by trauma, conditioning, and unprocessed experience.

More importantly, it offers us a pathway to identify, reclaim, and reintegrate these lost qualities and parts of ourselves.

Over the course of this weekend, you will explore how the four central archetypes show up for you in your life:

  • The Heart-Centred Leader (or Sovereign) – rooted in love, vision, and deep presence

  • The Action Taker (or Warrior) – associated with anger, boundary-setting, and healthy self-assertion

  • The Feeling Body (or Lover) – connected with grief, vulnerability, and embodiment

  • The Transformer (or Magician) – aligned with fear, change, and personal evolution

These archetypes exist within each of us. Through facilitated embodied process work in each of these areas, you’ll be supported in exploring your patterns and challenges, while also having the opportunity to take steps toward healing and reclaiming the healthy expression of these archetypal energies and the qualities accessed through them.

What you can Expect

  • A Carefully Structured Process: This weekend follows a clear and carefully held structure.

  • Archetypal Exploration: You’ll be introduced to the archetypal framework and begin to understand your patterns and inner dynamics though this lens.

  • Group Sharing, Journalling & Process Work: You’ll be guided through experiential practices designed to help you access, feel, and integrate what needs your attention and healing.

  • A gentle and deep space for healing: You’ll have the chance to explore, identify and work in an embodied way with historic or current life challenges, taking steps to resolve these issues and the hold they have over you.

  • Embodied Shadow Work: Across the two days, you'll be guided through four embodied shadow work processes, each exploring a different archetypal dimension of the psyche. Every participant has the opportunity to engage in their own individual pieces of work while being witnessed and supported by the group. You’ll explore and interact with different “parts” of yourself, exploring the emotional roots of current struggles, and building new inner relationships and resources to meet life with clarity and strength - bringing compassion and clarity to the parts that have been hidden, silenced, or stuck in conditioned ways of being.

  • Personalised Support: With two experienced facilitators and a maximum of seven participants, you’ll receive individualised attention in a small group setting.

Who This Is For

  • You're curious about shadow work and want a safe, guided experience in a group setting

  • You've done some emotional or therapeutic work but sense there's something deeper to uncover

  • You struggle with repeating patterns in relationships, self-sabotage, or emotional disconnection

  • You want to step towards healing core wounds and moving more fully into your loving, confident, and powerful adult self

  • These workshops are open to those new to shadow work. They also attract those with extensive previous therapeutic experience, as well as people repeating the weekend for the second or third time.

Whether you're just beginning this journey or returning for deeper integration, this weekend is an invitation to reconnect with your emotional truth — and the archetypal energies that live within you.

“Feelings are our only pathway to our human potential. Feelings are in charge of our development. Emotions have work to do but we can’t learn from them unless we can feel them. We need to feel to adapt. We need to feel to be self regulated. Feelings will do the work of growing us up, we cannot grow up any other way”
