Deep Release Conference Sept 2025

The video below is part one of a two part video series recorded for the Deep Release Counsellors Conference that took place in the UK in September 2025. I was asked to present a piece about Shadow Work that would be screened over the weekend to the attending mental health practitioners. In this video I speak about my practice, Shadow Work, Deep Process Psychotherapy, and my experience of this way of working as the foundation of my therapeutic approach in my work with clients.
